Haruna Simon Tsammani is a Nigerian judge and chairman of the panel of Justices that will be sitting at the Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal for the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT).

Haruna Simon Tsammani was born on the 23rd of November, 1959 in Gombe State, Nigeria and He hails from the Tafawa Balewa Local Government area of Bauchi State.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Ahmadu Bello University in 1982 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1983 after completing his studies at the Nigerian Law School. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
Career
Justice Haruna Tsammani began his legal career as a Pupil State Counsel in the Bauchi State Ministry of Justice in 1983. He subsequently worked as a Director of Public Prosecutions in the Gombe State Ministry of Justice.
