Umo Eno, born on April 24, 1964, hails from Ikot Ekpene Udo, his hometown located in the Nsit-Ubium Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. His educational journey began at Local Authority Primary School in Lagos State, where he obtained his first school leaving certificate. Continuing his secondary education, he attended St. Francis Secondary School in Eket, Akwa Ibom State, and Victory High School in Ikeja, Lagos State.
Driven by his passion for public administration, Umo pursued higher education at the University of Uyo, where he earned a Bachelor\’s degree in Public Administration.
