NVIDIA International Graduate Fellowship Program 2025/2026 for PhD Students

The application period is now open for the 2025/2026 NVIDIA International Graduate Fellowship Program. This marks the twenty-fourth year of NVIDIA’s invitation for PhD students to present their research projects for review. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must have completed at least one year of PhD studies by the time of application.
  • Eligible majors include Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Students must be actively engaged in research related to their PhD thesis.
  • Applicants must be enrolled as full-time PhD students during the 2025-2026 academic year, meaning they should not expect to graduate before May/June 2026.
  • Candidates must be available for an in-person summer internship at one of NVIDIA’s research locations in the United States, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Israel, or Taiwan prior to the Fellowship year.
  • Immediate family members of current NVIDIA employees are not eligible.
  • Note: The Fellowship award will be administered through the student’s university, with funds disbursed directly to the institution.

Applicants must submit the following:

  • A research summary or thesis proposal (maximum of 2 pages, plus bibliography, which does not count toward the page limit).
  • A resume/Curriculum Vitae (CV) including contact details.
  • At least two nomination letters from professors, with one required from the thesis advisor (up to three letters total; non-professors may submit letters as long as one is from the thesis advisor).
  • Confirmation of availability for the in-person summer internship.
