Segun Alebiosu is a Nigerian banker and the Acting Managing Director/CEO, FirstBank Group. He had been the Group Executive/ Chief Risk Officer since 2016 and also the Executive Director, Chief Risk Officer and Executive Compliance Officer.
Alebiosu has over 28 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. He has also worked in other industries including Credit risk management, Credit and marketing, Financial planning and control, Trade, Corporate and commercial banking, Oil and Gas, Agriculture financing, Transportation (including Aviation and Shipping) and Project financing.
Olusegun Alebiosu’s professional banking career began with Oceanic Bank Plc. (now EcoBank Plc.) in 1991. He has also served as Chief Credit Risk Officer at African Development Bank Group and Chief Risk Officer at Coronation Merchant Bank Limited.
